Ursula Mahalingam is best known for her StoneArt, made from little decoration stones and glass pearls applied on canvas with structure paste and acrylics, something very unique in the Art world.

Born 1963 in Switzerland Ursula has always had a great passion for travelling and foreign cultures. Today she lives and workes in Switzerland & Malaysia.

Being a self-taught artist her mainly abstract StoneArt is expressing her passion of colour, nature and geometric pattern design. The tension between raw and refined by combining natural stones with artificial crystals and the beautiful textures and reflections when exposed to light make her artworks one of a kind.
